Glenn joined Levertons in July 2022 to support the Directors with a Strategic review focussed on organisational and people management improvements.
An engineer by background, Glenn has spent the last 20 years working with many organisations of various sizes, structures and in many industry sectors, including another Independent Family Funeral Director. His main focus has been on their people and business management processes and systems and working closely with the Investors in People framework.
He was introduced to Pippa and Andrew by Levertons Investors in People assessor, who had recommended engaging some specialist support to help them design and implement some development and improvements in the HR aspects of the business.
Since joining Levertons, he has carried out one-to-one reviews across all areas of the company. All the feedback will form the basis of the strategic review with the senior management. The reviews objective is to identify improvements in communication, engagement, business efficiencies and people management.
In his spare time, he is actively involved in the development of non-league football, increasing enthusiastic about playing ‘walking football’, has volunteered as trustee/governor with various educational organisations and being with his ever-expanding and globally spread family.
