He took the time to explain everything clearly, provided a detailed breakdown of costs, and made the decision-making process much easier. Lorna was very professional and very kind. Explained the whole sad process very well and guided me through the steps that needed to be done. The extra comfort was that the crematorium was local so I could attend. Really took out the stress of it.
