Dear Kathryn , I am sorry it has taken me so long to thank you and your team for the perfect way you handled the funeral arrangement of my wife . Your quiet efficiency and professionalism is so valued by those that are left to grieve, it takes all the worry of the practicalities away . I particularly appreciated the fact that you explained the procedures clearly and all the possible choices without any pressure , but giving helpful advice , quite rare in these days of the hard sell . I couldn't imagine being eased through the organisation and carrying out the rituals of that very sad day for myself and family in a more sensitive way . My sincere thanks .

James and colleagues made a really challenging period for our family significantly less stressful with their incredible thoughtfulness, kindness and understanding of our needs. They were super attentive and respectful throughout. They gently guided us through the journey, always super communicative. Leverton & Sons looked after us when our mother passed in October 2016, and once again, when our father passed in September 2024. They are the most patient and professional people. They never once tried to upsell any extra services. Julie, thank you for your patience when we grew frustrated with it all. And, most of all, thank you for looking after both our parents with such dignity.
