Dear Kathryn , I am sorry it has taken me so long to thank you and your team for the perfect way you handled the funeral arrangement of my wife . Your quiet efficiency and professionalism is so valued by those that are left to grieve, it takes all the worry of the practicalities away . I particularly appreciated the fact that you explained the procedures clearly and all the possible choices without any pressure , but giving helpful advice , quite rare in these days of the hard sell . I couldn't imagine being eased through the organisation and carrying out the rituals of that very sad day for myself and family in a more sensitive way . My sincere thanks .

James and colleagues made a really challenging period for our family significantly less stressful with their incredible thoughtfulness, kindness and understanding of our needs.
